INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

We would like to inform all interested parties that the “European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of individuals and other entities with regard to the processing of personal data. MYOSOTIS S.R.L., as the “Owner” of the treatment, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, makes the following information available:

CATEGORIES OF DATA: MYOSOTIS S.R.L. will process the personal data included in the form.

SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: MYOSOTIS S.R.L. will be in possession of personal data collected directly by the user when the form is filled out.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LAWFUL BASIS: The processing of your data, collected and stored upon completion of this form, has as its lawful basis your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: to respond to information requests sent through the form, to provide assistance and support services, to subscribe to the newsletter, to send communications of an educational, informative and commercial nature, as well as to manage business profiling.

DATA PROVIDERS: Within the limits relevant to the purposes of processing indicated, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting firms, and private companies appointed by the Data Controller. Your data will not be circulated in any way. The Managers and Persons in Charge of processing are specifically identified in the Privacy Document, which is periodically updated.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: the data collected will not be transferred abroad.

PERIOD OF DATA STORAGE: the data collected will be stored for the  period of time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of limitation of storage”, art. 5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines stipulated by law. A periodical audit is carried out to determine any obsolescence of data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES: the interested party has the right at any time to request access to his/her data, to modify or erase the same, to limit or oppose the processing, to request the transfer of the data, to revoke consent to the processing by exercising these and the other rights provided by the GDPR by simple communication to the Owner. The interested party also retains the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

MANDATORY AND OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION: we inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk). Failure to provide mandatory data results in NOT sending the form.

MANDATORY CONSENT:  Giving your consent to the processing of data by ticking the appropriate box is optional, but it is mandatory if you wish to send the form.

METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING: the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations towards confidentiality of the Owner. The data will be processed by computer, on paper, or on any other suitable medium, in compliance with appropriate technical and organisational security measures provided by the GDPR.

Google Analytics with Anonymous IP (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports, and sharing them with other services developed by Google.

Google may use your personal data to contextualise and customise ads in its advertising network.

This integration of Google Analytics renders your IP address anonymous. Anonymisation works by shortening the IP address of the Users within the borders of the Member States of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to Google’s servers and shortened within the United States.
